Hi, I’m Tony.

Having worked for more than 25 years with senior leaders within global brands such as Rolls-Royce, Citigroup, Sky, Ladbrokes, Air China, Emirates Airlines, Coral, Qatar Airways and GE, I know what it takes to be an impactful leader.

With a wide range of services and skills, I’ve developed leadership programmes for governments and ministries including the CAAC (Civil Aviation Authority of China), RANEPA (The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy), the Indonesian Ministry of Higher Education of Science and Technology (In partnership with Ashridge Business School) and with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's Chevening scholarship programme in India.

In addition, I have worked both virtually and in-country with CEOs, senior leaders and executives as a professional leadership coach. Using a combination of research knowledge, experience, genuine curiosity and creating an environment of trust, support and challenge, I use meaningful conversations to help leaders make informed choices, resulting in culturally and commercially successful outcomes for his clients.

By hearing your needs as a leader, the needs of your team and the overall business goals, I create unique programmes and solutions to answer your specific questions. After all, the needs of the employee and the business are almost one in the same. Investing in people is investing in the business.
